This is a classic movie which is a favorite of mine. I remember playing this game a really long time ago back in 1999...Junen buri da...zutto mukashi :)

@Robant100 When did I say anything about comparing Nu Gundam and 00 as well? I'm talking in general. 00 is the moders equivelent of Gundam Wing. Nothing but flashiness and angst with super powered super units mentally unstable pilots.
It completely shits on the Real Robot theme of the gundam series. The plot was just a bunch of heavy drama on kiddy level at that. 00 does suck and if you give me a development studio with a few million dollars then I will happily make an anime.

It is anticipated purely for aesthetics, not substance for it has none. There are people that anticipate porn movies but that doesn't mean they are good.
@negima47 Fail in the epicness... From my entire point of view, Setsuna far outcast Hero in terms of epicness. I don't hate Heero, but i think Garrod is same or even better than him.

Then he fought and made peace with hive-mind aliens that could have destroyed humanity on a whim, and now his balls are quite literally made of steel.
Heero is a half naked kid who was specifically trained to kill people, yet failed to do so the vast majority of the time. Including himself.

MSG and Turn A are my favorites, not Zeta. Its typical of one who is extremely ignorant to write full paragraphs leading completely off of their own assumptions without any verification. The fact that you don't know MSG is classified as a real robot series says that well enough.
@krizzex Except Tomino never said jack-shit about "real robot genre" when he made 0079. He simply wanted to make a more believable, down-to-Earth giant robot anime. But straightforwardly believing 18 meter, perfectly humanoid, LAZ0R SWORD wielding, flamboyantly colorful machines could be used as SRS BUSINESS war machines? You don't know how much child-like ignorance it takes to accomplish that.
@krizzex Also human story elements have nothing to do with being "real robot" or not. I've seen straight up super-robot animes that, besides the mecha element, have brutal and depressingly realistic views of the human reality, and animes that are far more "real robot" than Gundam could ever hope to be, yet are just downright hilarious and silly.
Don't worry, I went through the same idiot UC fan-boy phase when I was your age too. Some day you'll see how silly you are and grow out of it.
