  • ah, one more thing: mick mars is the fucking MAN!

  • knock 'em dead, kid was really explosive... I think it was their best performance in the whole set. first off, vince's microphone actually worked. the song was played beautifully and super clean by nikki, mick and tom. and playing it right after the softer merry-go-round was pure genius... it gives it a lot of power. these guys are the best thing to have happened to rock and roll in the past 30 years.

  • Knock 'Em Dead Kid! 03:43

  • vices mic goes out again fuck!cant they get this shit right?

  • the best thing they did was kept playing.anyone else have stoped after hearing themselves for two minutes thumbs up to the crue.

  • they used to be my favorite band in the 80's. Im 38 now and cant believe how gay they look.

  • @jmyelz Well of course! Would you think that if they had looked like nice behaving suitmen without make up or stuff and somebody would have taken them as a serious rock band`?

  • @Phaellos Well, maybe, actually! I wonder if their first album would not have been respected more had they dressed differently or had the been more articulate in the interviews (other than "awwwwriiiight, time to party" etc)."Too fast for love" is a fine rock n'roll album with well-crafted songs - much more than their latter records (ie "Girls Girls Girls" etc) that are more "glam/hair metal.

  • @dummytree that doesnt make sense cause for ex. nikki used to always wear make-up and hi-heels. :) but i do respect your point of view

  • @Phaellos It's funny because I had no idea what this band looked like when I heard "Too fast for love" for the first time. Not that it makes any difference, just saying. I asked my next door neighbor (who was 13, I was 9)to make me a copy because he played it and I liked it a lot. Great memories. For years, it was all I knew about this band.

  • @angryprometeus.

    Wrong.

First motley show was played at the starwood. Nikki had a day job there and convinced his manager to let them play their first gig there.

  • Poor Vince, his mic was going in and out. He might have felt pissed on the inside. I encourage that if anyone has anything Motley Crue, POST IT!!! It would make lives happier everywhere.

  • I NEVER HAVE TOO MUCH FUCKIN DRUGS!!!!OH RIGHT CURE 83

  • Could Vince sing any flatter? GAWD! IT"S HORRIBLE!!!

  • Could Vince sing any flatter?

  • Why, oh WHY were they so good? Please? And I grew up listening to them! They are all ATTITUDE, nothing more. They are rock 'personas', which is why they were so "good"...Queensryche, for example, is genuinely good musically....Motley crue were an debauchatorial ACT!

  • God they were good !!

  • wish i coulda been born in 58 so i could had a band in the 80s

  • i love the transition between songs :)

  • I wish i my band could have all their songs as are own!

  • This is where it all began! The greatest rock band in the world was unleshed! \m/

  • @cruecollector666 it actually started at the whiskey in la but i appreciate your opinion

  • fuckin awsome

  • I love Vince, but 8:58-9:00 may have been the funniest fucking line in rock history.

  • ya all the amazing bands were in the 70s-90 i wish i was born in the 60s

  • They should had played this song earlier in the set, because the vocals need to be cleaner, and softer. After singing the strenuous songs, this one loses quality.

Awesome concert though, I would kill a baby to go see them live back in the day.

  • 2:35 gosh i miss that time!

  • Hey Andigail, call me please !!!

  • early 80`s to mid 80`s will never be beat, that was the best music right there.

  • Yes i agree check out the Michael Schenker Group albums from that period , they sound so good, the Assault Attack one is very good. Rainbow , Gillan , Deep Purple and Warlock all have very good sounding albums from back then . There was a different feeling in the music in that time. The songs didn't sound so commercial .

  • one of my favorites

  • Knock em' dead kid , KNOCK EM' DEAD!!!

  • dude, vince's story is hilarious. he was so awesome back then..oh wait..he still is awesome!

  • CRUEFEST, August 31, the final show of the tour. I`m gonna be there, can`t fucking wait. CRUE 4 LIFE!!!

  • i would kill 2 go back in time to go to this festival!!

  • i know did u see the list of bands that played that day?! *drool* man im pissed i wasnt there! born in 1988 =/ fortunately i got to go see Crue at CrueFest at this same venue this year and they fucking ROCKED!!

  • ME TOOO! fuck being born in such a shitty time period

  • ye i wish i was born in like '53-60 something, not 1992 >:(

  • I remember 1983 and motley crue, quiet riot and judas priest was the shit at that time, hell yeah!!!

  • Thanks for posting the whole thing.

  • You're Welcome! :D
