  • Is 5 the thinnest that machine will make, or are there higher numbers on it?

    We don't have the same machine, so I'm trying to gauge how thin to make the ravioli skin. Ours goes to 7. Should we stop at 5?

  • I would stop at 5 because any thinner might be harder to work with!
