Hi am from Algeria and this work here is very helpful thanks for all men who did this , it's hard to find courses in Algeria (courses like this with all tests and awesome professor ) thanks again .
Umm... I don't know I may be a little partial but I don't see how he is a better lecturer than many of my professors. I think he is just the average physics prof. Of course that itself distinguishes him but then again I am lopsided.
And for Christs sake, however fun this is, it's still introductory physics, you learn these in the first 2 years of like 5, nothing too serious. :D
there are2 ways in which he is on the same level as Feynman:
1- Feynman made physics understandable to his students... so does Lewin;
2- Feynman shared his enthusiasm for - and love of - physics with his students... and so does Lewin.
Any other comparisons are just a series of pissing contests. Introductory? So what? This level can be a bastard if not taught by someone like Lewin, exactly as advanced quantum mechanics, if not taught by people of a similar calibre to Feynman.
so guckt mich an bin ein elch

Can anyone tell me how it is possible to measure the vibrational frequency of an object such as a rock or a person?

@cuervo1957 i suggest looking into geophysics. they do that all time to look for oil underground without having to drill.

can't really compare to the mighty Feynman, but still, respect.

I couldn't say he is on one level with Feynman.
By this time he had a Nobel-price too...

good for you and good for them.
because in educational institutions, THAT's what matters.

not everything in physics revolves around having a nobel-prize. if thats the be all and end all of physics for you, being famous, then forget it.
