  • Having seen the movie, I feel this trailer is almost offensive. Stereotypical movie trailer American voice-over, spouting keywords and a sappy English song that's never heard in the movie? GTFO. Forget about this trailer and watch the movie if you haven't.

  • Wong kar Wai love's vision is completely out of ordinary american thoughts, that's why I love his movies so much~

  • The trailer doesn't do justice for the film. "In the Mood for Love" might just be the most gorgeous film I've seen made in the past 20 years. Every frame from every scene are masterpieces on their own!

  • Possibly good - based on reviews - but the trailer looks boring as hell.

  • That was really a very hard time, it's been nine years since I returned to Europe. Funny, when I went to your apartment and I saw you watching this movie, I had no idea what is the movie at all, but when I saw it the first time, I realize it was you and I. I Hope you're happy wherever you are now.

I will never forget the time we spend together, I'm so glad I met you.

  • This trailer sucks but the movie is beautiful !

  • ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

  • Tony Leung is definitely an over-looked actor, I've only seen him in 3 films as I know of so far (2046, In the Mood for Love and Hard Boiled), but he does an outstanding job in all 3 films. On another note, I personally enjoyed this slightly better than 2046, as I felt a few points dragged during the movie.

  • @FilmFan2500 You better watch Infernal Affairs too, which is the original movie of Martin Socreces' 2006 Academy Awarded remake The Departed.

  • Tony Leung Chiu Wai = great movies...

  • This 2001 Hong Kong-made movie “In the Mood for Love” which has an exquisite French touch in a romantic Asian setting is Hong Kong’s can-do answer to the 1992 French-made movie “The Lover,” a love story between a rich Chinese playboy and a young French teenaged girl in the French Colonial Vietnam in 1929. Proud to be a Hong Kong guy! ☆☆☆☆☆

  • I just saw this film but this song of Bryan Ferry wasn't in it...is it only used in the trailer?

  • @heeyla ,you can find this on the 2 cd version of the OST...a french edition

  • The sexiest PG film ever made!

  • @2205ciccone Yes, and the clothes too !

  • Yumeji's Theme = Shigeru Umebayashi

  • It's funny how people go crazy for those love movies yet there's no love in the modern cities where we live.

  • @WorldOfSnakes

  • the bitch who broke my heart turned me on to this movie, so I have to be grateful, despite carrying a heavy heart

    Bryan Ferry, EchieGirl, the best!!!

  • thanks for the info, yeah I like it so much, he sings great!

  • Yeahhh! ;) You're welcome!

  • u guys need to watch Days of Being Wild to get this movie. this movie is the 2nd in the triology

  • i didnt know there was a triology for days of being wild. which one is the 3rd movie?

  • 2046

  • USA had nothing to do with the actual making of the film, they just distributed it. It was made in China, and it's possibly THE most critically acclaimed movie of the 21st century so far. Don't let the distribution company keep you away from it.

  • @MyName42 china *snort* It is a Hong Kong movie :P

  • @Faisuki Well, HK is now technically part of China. And it was historically part of China. But yes, it is from Hong Kong and not China proper. I do love Hong Kong and sort of hate China (it's government at least).

  • you should watch it out of respect for the director.

  • is this movie in Mandarin or Cantonese?

    Thanks

  • Cantonese.
