yeah...I just realized this is the workout I had to bail from lol. It was my second, and she must have remembered me mentioning a recent Achilles tendon tear/stress fracture and she actually...uh let me leave without berating me. Shocking, I know! And I was front/center to boot! Luckily...I didn't eff myself up, but it was wise to stop.
