Get a camera and get EVIDENCE so you can report to the police and also make sure you call a good news paper and make them aware of the situation ask to keep in anonimity for safety reasons. If all sicilian will report to the police then the mafia will not have a place to continue.

Just lock them all up like Mussolini did. The bosses were all in jail when the U.S. liberated Sicily and freed them.
