Um, there was a difference if you payed attention at the begining of the video they showed her before picture. At the end they had two photos up to show the sides of the hair so you can see how the hair style looks... duh people.

That's what a good cut can do for you. Little changes to your look can make a big difference (it's kind of like making your bed and noticing how "clean" your room looks).

Btw, there is a huge difference for the people saying there isn't one: the before picture is at the beginning of the video. The after shots are at the end. How you people got so confused is beyond me.
