  • Been coin roll searching for a while... Check out my great coin roll searching adventures.

  • Quarters are tough because they're constantly in circulation, you should stick with halves. Beginning with the Kennedy half, they didnt circulate that much,so there's a good chance of finding 40% silver ones and every now and then, a 90% one.

Finding 2 90% and one 40% in just 3 rolls is a great find.

  • darn I only got 2 quarters from 1965

  • @nobaddog1 look for 1964 or older all silver

  • I always enjoy watching what people find on there coin roll hunts. I have been coin roll hunting for over a year now. Dimes and quarters that are clad were made in the billions making them much more harder to find. Half dollars were mostly produced when they still had silver in them, making them much easier to find. I believe about 300 million around 1964. The numbers have been dropping every year now. Hope this helps. Have fun!

  • @coincollector102 thats awesome its a good feeling isn't it! i like having a side hobby that actually makes you money rather than costing you money

  • @Lcanino I have a 5 gallon water jug full of quarters that i collected between 1999 and 2005. im guessing it has 6000.00 of quarters. They came from washing machines and dryers in a apartment house for elderly folks 55 and up. What year quarters am i looking for that are silver? They have to have a bunch of silver in there. I could be rich.. ya think? lol

  • @nobaddog1 1964 or older 90% silver

  • @wiwolfdagreat1 i currently hold all my purchases but i get spot value when i go to trade them in based on the percentage of silver in the coin and i also get spot on the bullion when i go t o trade them in. I look for coins or for stuff at garage sales because it is the smallest investment and greatest return on my money. The biggest help is that i ask even if it is not on the table or on display more times than not people say no and sometimes you get people that will bring out a heap of stuff

  • I collect silver i have not been as active lately in purchasing or seeking out sources in which to buy silver from, as i have been busy running my party rental business. I have not coin roll hunted in over a month but need to start back. The fluctuation in silver lately has not been a deterrent i just have not had the time to do it as actively as i would like. @silvermediastudio i actually made alot more than .30 cents for my efforts and if you are not bright enough to realize that i am sorry

  • when u go to trade them in how does the conversion rate work? do u have to pay a percentage back to trade?

  • Nice, you made 30-cents an hour for your trouble. Keep up the great work.

  • hey , are you interested in buying any 1964 halfs? i have about 20 of them, i have 280 1968 and above dates. i have some full albums, just private message me and tell me what ur interested in buying and ill see what im willing to give. thanks

  • @clay4unc not at the moment

  • when u go to trade them in how does the conversion rate work? do u have to pay a percentage back to trade?

  • i have 5 quarters, 2 franklin halves, a 40% kennedy half, 7 dimes, 4 war nickels up for grabs. idk if you are interested.

  • My opinion has always been that quarters yield the absolute lowest number of silvers. I've done a few boxes of them and haven't found a single silver quarter - funny thing is, I've received two silver quarters over the past six weeks in my change from buying lunch.

Awesome job on those halves though. I have yet to find a Franklin! :)

  • I've been looking 20 years for a 1975 quarter?

  • thats a huge score,i here quarters are the worst.

  • quarters are absolutely worthless unless you see any silver rims in those clear containers

  • fuck quarters.

my rolls always end up getting american quarters mixed with canadian quarters.

  • @StanwoodSpartans Wow you know little kids coin roll hunt you dont have to rage and use bad words.

  • Quarter rolls have more than silver in them. If you ever see the bicentennial quarters from the denver mint, check them for the DDO! It could be worth more than the entire $500 box you have there. That's just one of the VALUABLE varieties to look for in the Washington Quarter series.

  • @LookAtYourChange I have one that is from the denver mint what is and how to check for a ddo???

  • quarter hunting sucks balls cuz of all the new state quarters
