yeah he had a good record taking us to 3 major quarter finals, but after 3 major tournaments and no progress it was time to get someone else in. althought sven had a better record as he took us to more tournaments, Sir Bobby Robson (rip) took us to the semi-finals in 1990. I liked Sven and he also went on to manage the club i support Man City and did a good job there but was unfairly sacked.
