Yeah there is a guy who always climbs buildings and wants to climb higher ones, it was a documentry on channel four at one stage and he has his training room where he climbed all over the ceilings and walls lol, was quality.

Wow, this guy either has some big balls or some strong drugs to do that! But it get's you thinking... is there really any laws against climbing buildings in NYC? I've only been there twice, so I don't really know what the laws are. I would assume because he's endangering his life and the life of others (along with causing a ruckus on the streets) this is why they arrest people for doing it.
