  • the columbine kids shuda blast this shit in the intercom while takin out the trash.a good song to hear while gettin offed.

  • i had this cassette with the song labled travolta, or was i dreaming??

  • @MrVeegee69 that's right, but warner bros made them pull it because of some complications with john travola

  • I was listening to this while playing Minecraft and forgot about it because of the 30 seconds of silence at the beginning. When I heard the glass shatter, I was confused because I thought it was in the game. Then the song started.

Scared the shit out of me.

  • @formerJIM33333 fuckkk creepers attack my house

  • @formerJIM33333 I was once listening to this in my car on full blast, when the smash came in I thought someone had went into the side of me lol

  • Now when celebrities diss each other we get "crying like a bitch" :(

  • trey sprunce is like the greatest gutarist ever

  • Playing this album with any Dog Fashion Disco album is just fantastic.

  • I can't take this song out of my head

  • FUCK, Rakymaky's account got removed. I would like you to upload the later albums as well please. I need "None of them knew they were robots".

  • @sirbalsac i have the california album on vinyl

  • @anarchy6661 Please upload them.

  • I don't think Travolta got angry or even is aware of this song, I believe the people in Warner Brothers didn't want to use his name and risk getting sued, so they asked (told?) the band to come up with a different tittle.

  • i'm dr. rockzo, the rock n' roll clown, I do cocaine!

  • My thing is, there are probably at least a hundred other people in the world named Travolta. Even if Johnny needed the $, he was probably the least relevant Travolta in the world at the time. What was he gonna do as he was washed up at then? Use his last $20 to rent a lawyer?!

No offense to John; Pulp Fiction was off the chain!

  • i wonder whats goin on in the intro?

  • @cookie5455 flourecent bulb smash?

  • @8Zeitgeist it sounds like someone snoring, then someone snaeking around, then the bulb smash.wonder if thats what it was? haha

  • @cookie5455 sounds more along the lines of a licqour bottle, which would be more appropriate to the subject matter

  • i wanna fuck a clown chick or a midget to this song, haha

  • Coulrophobia encapsulated in a song.

  • when they tried 2 call this song travolta, john travolta musta become aware of this, nd listened 2 it 2 hear what inspiration he provided people...i can imagine him sitting on the floor, curled in a ball, whimpereing, rocking back and forth, imagining giant clowns dancing around him to this music :O

  • thats my favourite song from Mr Bungle. it´s a bit harder then their other stuff.

  • my kids are getting this played to them if they misbehave!

  • @cookie5455 my kids are gonna get this song played when they behave, but if they misbehave then they need to watch the video for this song right before going to bed.

  • herd this at knotts scary farm guys

  • that LP is chaotic madness genius

  • This album changed my life forever when i was a youngster. Im 41 now still blows me away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Total genius! Not a fan of opinions just facts. If u dont like this your full of shit. You have to recognise this as a musical land mark.

  • i can believe i used to listen to this shit

  • travolta should have been glad someone bothered!

  • this song is amazing.....

  • All behold my testicles

  • Seeing as all I see is people talk about Mike Patton. I'd like to note that Secret Chiefs 3 are an exceptional band.

  • @Sgurd I am assuming this is the band supporting? I think they are better than Patton to be honest...

  • @Sgurd i like Patton's uniqueness too, but i'd like to note that i had Singapore Chow Mei Fun today that was SOOOOOO GOOOOD.

  • Good old fashioned nightmare music... I HEART MR BUNGLE :DD

  • Genius. Patton was amazing. Fuck you Patton worshipers though. Worship someone else who deserves it. Like Pinky and the Brain. They had ambition.

  • I love Mr. Bungle. Every single member of the band is fucking cool.

  • I am afraid of myself one day I will force to listen my kids to listen to this record.. fuck they have to

  • @dudefromizmit You had better force your kids to listen to this album!!!!!!!

  • kinda sounds like faith no more... but way better haha.

  • @MrToostoopid mike patton is in faith no more if u didn't know

  • @EMGIRL1234 oh really, i didnt know. i just started listening to his stuff.

  • @MrToostoopid yep, just a heads up! and i agree, mr. bungle is better

  • My name is music student and I approve this message.

  • i want to shit in all of yer mouths......

  • Remember this song from years ago, still creeps me out.

  • Sure, some of Patton's project are just weird, but NO ONE has the right to say that he can't sing.

  • @Stranglehold432 ''projects''

  • I hate the people that say this album has no talent, and that Mike Patton has no talent. Okay listen here kids, Mike Patton has more talent on his pinky than you(the haters) have in your whole body. You're fucked in the head if you hate Mike Patton, just listen the haters are young and when you get older than you will respect great music.

  • @ebarquist13 Well said, friend! :)

  • great music for a halloween party

  • @dreamtheaterisbeast I was exactly the same way, ten years ago i wouldn't even nod at this, but after a while im just screaming at it.. god and to look at the musicians now days, i shake my head and wonder what happened to experimenting and just having fun..

  • 3 people are sane.

  • @Metal6Is6A6Joke His voice hates you, so yeah.

  • awww skeet skeet!!

  • @chentesafao Ahhhhh skeet skeet mawfuckkaaa

    all these clowns they crawl

    straight up to my balls

  • mr bungle is my favourite band and i love mike patton's work just as much as the next fan, but can someone please give credit to the other people involved in the work? patton may be very talented and may have a good knack for finding other talented artists to work with, but it's really annoying when people say shit like 'patton is god' and the like. it's amazing music. awesome. let's try to keep in mind that more than one person contributed to it.

  • @artvandelayiam True. Patton writes incredible music, as shown with the songs he wrote in FNM, Bungle, and Fantomas... etc. But Bill Gould wrote MOST, not all, of FNM's stuff, and Trey Spruance, Trevor Dunn and the like wrote most of Bungle. I'm pretty sure Patton wrote most of Fantomas though... so that doesn't help the point.

  • @UiruuBizarre

In my opinion, Mr. Bungle is the most glaring example of synergy to be found in music.

Trevor appears to want nothing more to do with the line-up, though. Can only hope less ego-oriented minds minds prevail in the future. Mr. Bungle is my favorite band of all time, considering I like guitar virtuosos by default.

  • @frackle123 Bungle isn't my favorite band, as I find most of Disco Volante painful to listen to (not in a popstar way, but in a Bungle way), but god damn they are the most talented band I've ever heard. And while I prefer Streetlight Manifesto, Primus, Melvins, and Mastodon, I still recognise that they pale in comparison music-wise to Bungle.

  • @UiruuBizarre Your response is very much appreciated and so accurate of this band. Even though we disagree, your sentiments are spot on. A buddy of mine, who I sadly speak of posthumously thought "Disco Volante" was the pinnacle of Mr. Bungle. I was always an advocate for the self-titled debut myself.

This band like 'em or loathe them are masters of their respective art, in my estimation.

    Take care, my friend.

  • @frackle123 That was three weeks ago, and after I posted that comment I checked out more Disco Volante I hadn't heard before, and I have been listening to it nonstop. So, I retract my previous statement. Sorry to hear about your Bunglelovin' friend by the way.

  • @UiruuBizarre 20 years later...yeah, fantomas is amazing too, and i realize patton wrote most of their stuff...i didn't mean to imply that patton isn't talented...he is extremely creative, innovative, and really, really, really, really, really musically talented...i have just seen the magnificence that is mr. bungle, not to mention other bands that mr patton has been involved in, attributed solely to him too many times. i guess that happens with most lead vocalists. especially pretty ones.

  • @UiruuBizarre...aaaaand these bands wouldn't be quite as amazing as they are without his ridiculously versatile voice. i had to add it. otherwise i would have felt bad for a few minutes.

  • @artvandelayiam lol, absolutely right.

  • If you're a musician, and can't at least say that this album is impressive, you're being an asshole.

  • @Applecornflakes someone is being an asshole just because they have their own opinion? who the hell do you think you are?

  • @Applecornflakes I was going to like this, but then I noticed it had 69 already, and I found that number to be rather appropriate for a Bungle video.

  • Ah, me and my brother used to play a lot of Tekken and Streetfighters to this music, fucking perfect and insane!

  • Wow all these years being a Korn fan hearing Head and Munky talk about how much influence Mr. Bungle had on them. It's truly apparent here. Korn was just a very pissed off Mr. Bungle.

  • @EyeShotFirst1 Yea, and im pretty sure the end of Stubb a dub where theres crying and eerie music in the background was the inspiration for daddy

  • @EyeShotFirst1 hmmm i didn't know they considered mr. bungle an influence. good to know since i love both bands. aparently mr bungle had influence on several other bands

  • faith no more fukkin rocks an so does mr.bungle

  • they do a really good job of making you feel like a circus crew is performing the songs

  • Some folks are musically clueless...keep your dang comparisons to yourself, only makes you sound like clowns (although it's kind of fitting here).

  • Brings back fun memories. I always loved the genius of Mike Patton. The content of the music is pretty brash but the music is completely outstanding. If there is "true" fusion left in the world of music than Mr. Bungle would be it.

  • @born2bewilddude Those are all entirely different genres. Don't get me wrong I FUCKING LOVE NIRVANA, but dude. Keep them out of a Mr. Bungle video. They aren't related. Unless you count relation as, Kurt Cobain knew the Melvins and Buzz Osbourne is in Fantomas with Mike Patton. But still. Shut up.

  • @LobotomizedZombie mkay dudie

  • @born2bewilddude yeah fukk you ass turd

  • At the very end of the track, I can swear that I'm hearing Jiminy Cricket singing the last note on "When You Wish Upon a Star"

    ...your dreams...come...."TRUUUUUUUUE"

  • This is so good, it's unreal.

  • Give some one a bag mushrooms lock em in em room with some insturments tell them they have 48 hurs to create an album .............This is what your get

  • Music sounds a lot like Frank Zappa!

  • People need to seriously hop off of Pattons dick. Sure he is a good as Vocalist but don't give him all the Credit for Bungle. Trey and Dunn wrote ALOT of the music.

  • @EyelessSurfacing666 I kind of have to agree. He's treated a lot like Maynard. Like Maynard, he is an extremely talented and creative lyricist, but he doesn't have much to do with writing the music. Great talent, but he's only one part of a whole that makes the music genius.

  • @Drezin86 I guess I agree that worshipping people is bad... but man... it's hard not to look at Patton's genius and say "MIKE PATTON IS GOD" which I am saying as a joke anyway. Same with Maynard. But it's okay to recognise that they are more awesome than say, most modern musicians.

  • @uiruu They are definitely that, at least.

  • @EyelessSurfacing666 Did they sing it though? Did Trey and Dunn write entire film soundtracks, perfoem the music of Fantomas, Peeping Tom, Faith No More (post-Chuck Mosley), Tomahawk, Mondo Cane, and collaborate with legends like Serj Tankian and Buckethead? Have their own record label? Voice the zombies in Left for Dead? The monsters in I am Legend?

Now you see why hopping on Patton's dick is so damn comfortable.

  • Everything Patton do is amazing. Why? Faith No More. Mr Bungle. Fantomas. Tomohawk ... Come on !

  • i once helped put together a clown porn with this song in it

  • I will say it and I will say it again: "Anyone who hates Mike Patton and all of his works, deserve to be beaten half dead and I am just being generous!!! I hate people who make fun of Mike Patton and start bitching about him and his works. I have heard people saying that he has no talent and... Oh god.. How can anyone even say that?! Haters beware! Everything Patton does; turns to gold you assholes!"

  • @Brollyhero99TOP10 FUCKING AGREE MAN!

  • @Brollyhero99TOP10 your comment suks.....thumbs down.....

  • @420karina

YA WELL FUCK YOU BRO I DONT NEED YOUR FUCKING THUMBS YOU FUCKING KIKE

  • @420karina

    your comment suks..... thumbs down.....

  • @Brollyhero99TOP10 fuck off, no one ever bitch about patton, your just a sack licker

  • @shoyur

There are many people who bitch about him! I have seen some face to face too! You don't know shit!

  • @Brollyhero99TOP10 This is working from the assumption that MB's talent is comprised entirely of Patton himself.

Here's a secret: there are several other members of the band, and fourteen fans with their heads in their asses.

  • @Brollyhero99TOP10 Also, being indirectly responsible for the creation of Nu Metal is a sin for which one can receive no grace.

  • @Brollyhero99TOP10

I will quote and then unquote myself that I am deeply sorry to not include Trey Spruance, Trevor Dunn and Bär McKinnon... etc. They are all talented too to bring out this unforgiven masterpiece! But Mike Patton is the one going to bigger horizons and is my favorite! But they all are great and Patton can do more than just sing...

  • @Brollyhero99TOP10 shut the fuck up.

  • @420karina

    No U!!!! >:(

  • Comment removed

  • @Brollyhero99TOP10 Well put!!

  • @Brollyhero99TOP10 Do you have an altar and shrine in your closet as well?

  • @gringochucha He probably has a lock of Patton's hair which he prays to every night.

  • @psudeoaccount Probably more like a used q-tip or something. Cyber bullying FTW.

  • i painted these lyrics on my leather jacket arm in high school memories

  • 0:56 ? fucking love it

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre Empty bullshit fart-in-the-wind statement. We can all make them.

  • @residualbill you maybe, I say facts

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre That wasn't a fact. That was a statement with no backup, no actual reason or explaination. No merit whatsoever.

  • @residualbill you dumb son of a bitch, I grow up in California knowing all the music scene of it, I KNOW that mr.bungle first album is a imitation of others bands (older or new), the most well know for mainstream people like you is Fishbone. no backup? you are disagreeing just for disagreeing. there do are some few good tracks here like "Dead Goon", but being all seriously, it sucks.

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre Ah, I see. Now you have no real logical answer and so you resorted to ignorant insults, assumptions and name calling. No surprise there.

Saying something "sucks" is not a real answer. A 3 year old can make that statement. I can't stand it when people give a statement with no real reason, and assume their opinions as fact.

Whether they were 'original' or not wasn't the issue. No one is original. Everything is inspired by others. That's how the world works.

  • @residualbill that is called "influences" douchebag, wich is totally different from a RIP OFF or trying to be someone else, thats why first bungle album is GARBAGE, there are creative and original bands with heavy influences and they are not doing a rip off. and thats a fact. you just want to be pretentious and fashionable.

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre "I KNOW that mr.bungle first album is a imitation of others bands (older or new),"

Damn! Mr. Bungle ripped off bands from the future? They truly must be awesome then!

  • @peytonsurdaddy nice "attack" attempt faggot, older bands is from the 60s to early 80s, new bands are those that were in the same scene/town. bungle fan boys = lame people.

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre The fact that you are constantly trolling a single song's comments section on youtube shows that you are either a sad, pathetic jackass or you have some kind of secret desire to have Mike Patton stuff your poop chute.

    I'm betting on both.

  • My friend's girlfriend called this shit. I said "If you don't like this, you probably should avoid the album" hahahaha

  • I love this

  • 0:30 the most powerful and creepy intro to a song ever built.

  • @eyeflow9 you dont know to much about music then, lol

  • Comment removed

  • I found Mr. Bungle because my Uncle has been a Mike Patton fan FOREVER! The first song I herd was "Carry Stress in The Jaw" but what he told me to do was to listen to California first, then this album, and then Disco Volante (which I think is the best way to go.) anyways I always think it's kind of sad/funny how people don't (and can't) see this as music.

  • @Joshinator137 Honestly, for me it went the debut album, then California because California was a "culture" shock for me. I've bene a fan of Patton for about 8 years now and when I heard this album, I was immediately hooked. California, however, took quite a bit of time because it sounded so different from what I've heard Patton do.

I know people say California is their most "accessible" album, but I disagree; especially if you've been an avid fan of Patton's for a while.

  • @EverDownward Bungle most "accessible" album is this one

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre pretty sure california was

  • dig that saxophone

  • Is he under Psychopathic Records too? o.o

  • @merderfreak1

Nope. Mr. Bungle predates them by 6 years [formed in 1985-broke up in 2004].

And they were with "Warner Bros. Records".

You've probably heard of the band "Faith No More".

The vocalist for "Mr. Bungle" was/is the vocalist for "Faith No More".

Look up "Mike Patton". And be amazed!

  • Which Bungle album should i get if i want to get into them?

  • @Portilloizay this one

  • @SpeakupProductions Thanks.

  • @SpeakupProductions or california

  • @Portilloizay That's hard to say because all of their albums are completely different from one another. I'd go with California album first but you wouldn't go wrong with this one either.

  • @Portilloizay all of them.

  • I want to buy this album, are the lyrics included in the booklet?

  • @IAmKrow Yup! And I commend your decision to buy this album rather than download it. Mr. Bungle are awesome sauce.

  • @FearTheWorm

Yeah man, thanks for the info. I've been a FNM and Patton fan for a few years now and I get the feeling I'll like this band very much.

  • Cool Story Bro.

  • Not to be a dick and intrude in your ping pong convo. but whether or not this album was thier first is irrelivant. This was thier first major label release. My step-dad who used to work for Polygram told me, "If you don't release something nationally, people can copy and reproduce your material and you cant do anything about it as copyrights, until you are able to distribute them nationally yourself". Told to me in 1995, before i-tunes ect. True? who knows? This is thier first national release.

  • My bothers used to play bungle when i was really little and this gave me the worst fucking nightmares ever!!!!!!! i have never watched a trovolta movie expect Pulp but every other movie gives me flashes of masked freaks hangin and fucking dolls lopping each others heads off and moths on shit and evil sounds....................i need a doctor dont i?

  • Comment removed

  • Imma see if someone's posted their Castlevania medley on here somewhere. :>

  • @RuneScape560 Don't pretend to be a fan.

You obviously have only started listening to Mr. Bungle since Mike Patton joined Faith No

More, because you keep claiming this is their debut album. This is their 4th album. Mr Bungle's first album, "The Raging Wrath of the Easter Bunny" was produced in 1986 (Cassette tapes did exist before CD's!)

  • @wurtzelgummage well at least you don't have to pretend to be a douche. I just found out about this band not too long ago, I love them, if that doesn't make me a fan than nothing will. The amount of years you have been listening to a band does nothing towards making you a fan. However, it is lame to have false information.

But still, don't be such a dick.

  • @wurtzelgummage Hi. This is their major label debut. You're right that it's not their first recordings ever, but those earlier 3 were not official albums. They were demos, on a small independant label, with limited circulation. Therefore, MOST people didn't get to hear Mr. Bungle until after Jim Martin heard one of the demos and brought Patton into FNM, which helped Bungle to get noticed and signed. That's how I first heard them 20 years ago and I've been a fan of both bands since.

  • EEEEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 2:33 - 2:46 lyrics of Grease theme !

  • So what happened to our snoring friends bathroom trip??? Censored?? Surely not!!!

  • Wh...What in the hell is up with the ending of this song? o_o

  • @onewheeled999 Creative lisence, pure genius. The kind that is SO before it's time it won't be appreciated till he 20yrs buried., I knew this(OMG) 20yrs ago.

  • @onewheeled999 mood creating/emotional atmosphere

  • You think the Song is the Creepiest thing ever........Watch the Video

  • hes a bonified hermaphrodyte and he fucks himself as he fucks the world.....my favorite line.....i didicate it to my boss

  • Скажу по-русски, это любимая их песня XD

  • dumbasses, look up john zorn ht tp://en.wiki pedia.org/ wiki/Mr._B ungle

  • @cowbot2 Calling someone a dumbass for not knowing an avant garde artist like John Zorn is just pretentious and hostile. John Zorn is awesome, but not knowing who the !@#$%& he is does not make anyone a dumbass. Get a life.

  • Listen to Papa Baloo

  • As a faith no more fan, i had to seek out more of the greatness that is Michael Patton. I found this at Street side records shorty after i wore out my (tape) of fnm, the real thing. I was shocked and awed how different this was and still love fnm and mr bungle to this day...

  • @fivehohopr ....... isn't Patton amazing???
