He may be able to play left handed... who knows, but not in this video. Also, like I stated to someone else a few messages back, he has The Dark Knight joker poster which is in reverse just behind. And at what point did you see the outer part of his right forearm, which BTW was covered by the neck of the guitar the whole time.
