this guy is fun to play because

1. his EX bursts are cool as hell

2.you can pretty much own ppl if you are good at keeping distance (recommend using reverse air dash) so you can build up his gauge then own them in EX mode with innocence

Beat every story mode, including shade impulse, with the exception of inward chaos and then two more storries will be unlocked. One for Shantotto and the other for Gabranth. Clear the gabranth one and then buy him in the PP store for 1000pp
