I really love this video, because it helps to shed light onto an easily misunderstood character. I used to prefer Kaede, because I could relate to her. I've had someone torn away from me right under my nose because I didn't make my move. Then I preferred Asa, because I've had love blossom from friendship, but had someone who wanted to rip us apart. I love this anime because it's realistic in the sense that the characters make vital mistakes and must live with the consequences.

This video is simply a-m-a-z-i-n-g <3 I really do love Kaede and I think her story is more touching then the others. I think I see her more as Rin's 'sister' then a romantic partner - for that then I would totally go for Sia && Rin. Although I don't hate, Asa, she is my least-favorite character. She is just blah xD meh. but anyway 1000 likes for this video!!! <3

All you people who think kaede is the best are wrong. Asa is the best no argument. If anyone wants to debate that then come on I am ready. Asa is cute, energetic, playful, and to top it off a great cook while kaede is Uh she is so absorbed with Rin that she will kill to make herself happy. If you people think kaede is better then I feel sorry for you. And in the end you can't change it because Rin chose Asa thats all there is to it

Uh, no. Asa is just another Yamato Nadeshiko and that MAKES HER BORING. If she weren't so "boring/perfect" and the shift into her route wasn't such an asspull, I'd be a bigger fan (I also take issue with the ending, but I digress). In that sense, Kaede is much, much better as a heroine than Asa. She's *NOT* a little miss perfect. She's made serious mistakes in her life and broke because of it. I'd much sooner support a Kaede pairing just because it's not a boring outcome.

kaede mother died,kaede thinks rin killed her mother so she trys to kill him or injure him really badly, few years later she sees that rin didnt kill her mother and she tried to kill herself until rin saves her, every since then she tries to make it up and cleans the house,wash the dishes, helps him out when needed to and to make him happy for what shes done,and on the way she falls in love with him, then some other girls came along, rin picks his choice,kaedes upset, rin moves out. kaedes alone

as for asa she pretty much came along lst then "stole" him away from kaede he was jsut about all she had left with her father out of the picture most of the time

and asa had family and was everything kaede wanted to be and she took the one thing kaede had away .

The strongest aspect of this video is how you paired the characters' movements and expressions with the music to convey emotion. You incorperated just enough editing and effect to emphasize this as well--this is something most AMVs seem to lack. Overall, an exceptional piece.
