That would be hard, since unlike the game, the anime exaggerates. I would have to go with a very angry female Tyranitar protecting her young, since in real life, a mother protecting her young is extremely aggressive and can kill the foe if nessesary. BTW, a very bulky T-tar can survive a choice Specs Aura Sphere in a Sandstorm, tested and proven.
