br is the version u get in us europe etc they made a tekken 6 in japan then made "BR" with more characters and stuff. that this version.

it's basically the like tekken 5 and tekken 5 dark ressurection. a patch that adds new chars and tweaks other chars.

He means it's about getting as much damage as you can off the hit you just landed, whether that damage is in the combo or as potential damage with a reset or a setup.
