the reason why he is so stiff is because he was in a tour bus accident in france colided with a truck and it brocl Dryden's back and injured the rest of the band.

funny thing is they said he probely wouldnt be able to preforme anymore but look at this he's back to normal :)

their bus got into a huge crash during truANT tour and then when they finally recovered- driver died, dryden mitchell fractured C2 vertebrae, the rest just severely injured in common ways- they tried to record '3rd Draft' but there record company would not let them. so they switched companys and eventually released 'Up In The Attic' they are still having trouble recovering though so there albums will come out slower but a new album is expected in '09

Dryden is a rare breed. He is one of very, very few recording rock artists who can actually sing without manipulation. He's up there with Brandon Boyd, Hayley Williams, Mariah Carey in being just great at their craft.

Out of all of them, Brandon and Dryden seem like the most fun, I'll admit. If you've ever seen Incubus live, it's one hell of a show. I have yet to see Alien Ant Farm live, and I can't wait until they come around where I live.

Its very true. I have seen Incubus live several times and Boyd is ridiculous. I have also seen AAF live too, and Dryden is impressive as well. He really does sound like this live.

He is very good live yes! But because he went into the crowd he basically killed the purpose of having monitors (Speakers that face the band all around the front middle and back of the stage so they can hear themselves) therefore he sang flat quite a lot in this one :( only on some sustained notes though.
