平常玩玩票，糊弄糊弄外行没问题，一要真唱，而且与专业歌星同台­飚歌，相形见绌是很自然的事。大陆农村有好多歌手，如果也像香港­那么有钱拼命包装推销的话，唱得比他们好的简直多如牛毛啊。

真是的，现场唱嫌人家唱的不好，对嘴又说不真实。大家尽力了就行­了嘛，哪儿那么多毛病啊？ 叫你唱还不如人家呢，就算唱的好还没人想听呢。

This director is just senseless: 1)成龙 learned singing from Chinese opera, 谭晶 sings in traditional manner, Eason and 容祖儿 are pop singers. Their voices are completely incompatible to start with. 2) 成龙 is only an amateur singer. You put him to lead and he simply messed up and dragged the whole team down. 3) Three singers are from Hong Kong. Give them a more popular song so they feel comfortable. They obviously had to keep looking at the lyric reminder board.

myhairlosing: This spring festival show is not like others. The song is picked up seriously. They should basically go with a main theme of the programme. Just a random popluar song will not do.

Also, they don't emphasise too much on how professional the singers are, as this is just an entertaining programme rather than a singing competition. Earlier before this, there's another performance, if you've noticed, made by two peasant singers. Jackie Cheng sings not well, but he is very very popular

so people love to see him on the programme. I don't like the way they mix up different styles together either. In another spring festival (cant remember of which year), they let a traditional Chinese folk-song singer sing 'O Sole Mio' in Italian. You cant imagine how crazy it was... But you know, they don't care for such things. So, no need to be too picky ;)
