You can see the entity, right behind his left ear and temple, at 1:20, 1:31, 1:35, 1:40, 2:08, 2:16-17 and 2:21-22. Your can also see it at 2:27 to 2:40. It looks like a bird with a pointy beak and tall, pointy head.
