be careful thought: if you stop, headless enemies starts appearing from the water and they amount is infinite so keep running/jumping

There are no infinite enemies in Painkiller and I was able to kill all of them, but looking back running would have been easier.

They start appearing after a while again. even in the original painkiller, there was 1 level where enemies kept coming until you finished it.
