Go to Return to Castle Wolfenstein/Main. There right klick and then properties on any pk3 file, and set the open with to your zip file manager. Now you will be able to open them. Now open the zip folder named pak0 and open the folder sound in it. There you will find all sounds from single player, and you will be able to replace your crappy sounds.

Nobody is too young to play FPS... If you think that you'll shoot people after playing Wolfenstein, CoD, Quake, whatever, DON'T PLAY THEM!!! Most normal people would rather shoot people after playing Teletubbies etc... "Violent" games aren't bad until some idiot gives them a try in real life...
