  • @lukemgrimm Please notice they are wearing resistance bands. This is for building strength in the legs, hips and core. They appear slow due to the resistance be applied for muscle development.

  • To all the people that are saying you run on your toes are absolutely wrong!!! You do not run on your toes you run on the balls of your feet.. Toes and balls of your feet are two different things. A lot of coaches train to run on the toes and that is improper and terrible training.

  • Good Sprinters dont run on their toes? Yes they do. The Best have the ability to Run on their toes and still giving themselves power. Running flat will mess up your legs and not make you faster. GOOD JOB "Eduar21MLB". you are correct

  • because they are so light on their feet. and a little fyi for you but runners should reach their top speed within the first three or four steps, so continuing a "power" running style is pretty much useless and making them slower.

  • well just want you to know that your players are losing a lot of burst speed coming out the stance because instead of turning their back foot they are turning their whole upper body first instead of lower to upper body, and it is taking them atleast an extra two steps to reach top speed which is not good to be honest. also granted you dont want to run on the toes, but the balls of your feet. thats how fast runners run, and when you watch sprinters it looks like they could run across water

  • Great job coach. I believe that the younger the kids understand how their muscles work in conjuntion with their bodies in thier specific sport, the faster the reaction time, the more power they develop . . etc. I like the idea behind this product.

  • iv'e been playing baseball since i was 2 ive played aau travel ball park ball anything you can think ove and now i play hs ball.This ould work 100 times better "coach" if you would teach these kids to run on their toes cause i can hear them from a mile away.!

  • @Eduar21MLB Thank you for your comments. however we prefer to teach power and explosion when running. this comes from how much force you can apply to the ground and repeat the process. if you watch sprinters, they do not run on their toes. there is no power being generated. you may be on your toes when you pivot and make your move but speed will come from applying force to the surface. the noise is mostly from the hard surface.

  • @myosource actually if they run on their toes it makes a person lighter when they run and your feet move faster than running flat footed and it may teach them to run with power and explosion but their running super slow tour also teaching them a bad habit of running flat footed which can mess up their posture wich then can effect their balance when heir batting... then there would be no point of running faster if they can't even hit the ball
