Actually that makes it easier, you mean GNP per capita. But even then productivity has steamed ahead so that's no excuse why the average American hasn't seen a wage increase.

i've looked through the imf website and have found nothing to substantiate your claim. perhaps you could direct me to a specific article. according to my sources, found through googling, the united states continues to out pace the rest of the world in productivity. 14% higher than 2nd most productive nation, ireland. in the last quarter the U.S. economy has grown at a rate of 3.3%. also, when the workforce is diluted by a mass infusion of cheap labor, wage are bound to become depressed.

This is shameful. McCain is a POW. He deserves our vote because of that. McCain and Palin both made beautiful speeches at the RNC.
