nah the gfx are just yanked on high, i can tell cause walls look like they did, asphalt as well, rubber marks, grass texture, everything looks exactly as i remember it when i was young when it was turned on all on.

ofc i could be wrong creator of video could chime in any time to tell us, pretty sure its not a mod tho =D

pretty sure its just running SVGA mode with no mods and graphic effects turned up, back in the day i could barely afford the rubber marks talking 18 fps without and 15-16 with.

the cars may have been modded but i really don't think the graphics have been modified, perhaps its just a rendition version of the game or the windy version.

well i just fired up icr2 dos version in windows xp, looks basically the same to me, i think the video is hiding some of the jaggedness of the original game because of the youtube video compression though.
