Okay I went back to watch your other video and this. Motivation. I cried. speaking the truth. I have much to work on internally and externally so I can can feel better.

For one my skin is just not right, after taking a nutrition class I realized I had Keratosis pilaris and I think I also have Seb derm which always inflame my face and I get to scratching flaky skin off now I have dark spots where it scared.
