I think he was referring to the PVP trinket. Regular dispel doesn't work. But having a PvP trinket equiped before you start the waves makes him EZmode. Just hope you dont get targetted twice by it.
You can use a PvP trinket to get out of it, as well as Pally Bubble and Ice Block. I mistakenly put that it can be "dispelled", I meant it can be removed using these abilities. Sorry for the confusion

calrish the pvp tricket does not work on bossed but this was back when BC was not out so it might work.

Yeah, this fight is too easy if you can trinket out of Iceblack and run out of Death and Decay.
