there are 3 torches in that video, the first bench torch is a Carlisle CC bench burner, the second torch (hand torch) is a National hand torch, and the third (encapsulation) is a Carlisle CC+ bench burner.

Very interesting video. Have seen many paperweights where I live here in France, suppose something to do with Bacarrat, Clichy etc factories being based here. This video of an example of work by Stankard is very attractive. Thanks for sharing it.
