excellent teacher and extraordinary organist, Franck had several nice works, such as: the quartett in D major, sonata for violin and piano, symphonic variations for piano and orchestra, les djinns, the dammed hunter, etc, but his 3 chorales and this symphony stand up as perhaps the best of his repertoire

I'm gonna play this symphony with my orchestra. It's is very hard to play, aspecialy for the violins. Much respect for this wonderfull performance! It's is played with great accuracy. I love it!!
