Raiho is a Jack Frost who became a huge fan of Raidou Kuzunoha the 14th after seeing him in action during SMT: Devil Summoner, and dreams of becoming 'Raidou Kuzunoha the 15th'. 'Borrowing' a uniform from Raidou Kuzunoha the 14th, the Jack Frost fused himself with it to become more like his hero... however, upon realizing his dream, the Jack Frost found himself to be far cooler than his mentor, proclaimed himself Raiho, and challenged him to a duel.
