  • Most definitely not liquid nitrogen. From what it looks like from the description, it is a mixture of water and carbamide (urea). The flower is dipped and dried leaving the 'snow' effect.

  • It's not liquid nitrogen. They are using a mixture of water and urea. (尿素 is urea)

    From the explanation they offer in the description of this video, Hydrogen has a great tendency to dissolve in water; and this they fact they utilize when they are covering the fake flowers in a 'snow like' makeup.
