Adobe After Effects PS3 Waves Tutorial

Hey, for some reason no matter what I do when I go to evolution, click the stopwatch, and set it to 17x, the lines won't move when I scroll through the timeline :/

@Remanants Be sure to keyframe the rotation to get the lines moving. So set it at 0 in the beginning and then 17 at the end. The lines should then start animating along with your keyframes.
