agreed. the place was wrapped in cork impregnated with tar on the inside then after that was the polystyrene foa that was sprayed with polyurethane and then on top of that was 6 inches of break on the later. it would most definetely be the landlords fault. Because not only could he have fixed the building, but he could have secured the building better.
