It is NOT a fact. Once 50 ppm CO2 is in the atmosphere, CO2 is in saturation. Adding more just lowers the "height to extinction" which is 40 ft.

If you have filter that makes pure water, adding more filter cannot make it more pure. If you add more CO2 (filter) you cannot trap more because those frequencies have been eliminated. This is why your car does not melt when you wash your car...

CO2 is a benefit. Humans only put 1% of the CO2 into the air. CO2 is an effect, not cause.

@polarjoa If you read my You tube bio you will see I have been working on technology that could get 90% of the fuel out of the average person's life. Your calculations seem to be ok, but you come to the wrong conclusion...namely energy will become very cheap and almost "free" as it were. In the end it is all about "time" and quality of life. CO2 is not an issue, and in fact only benefits life on earth. If you would like to correct your point, I would love to discuss it. seaplaneguy@msn.com

@polarjoa I basically read your book. Grade. C-.  First, cars...no, cars have aero AND rolling loads. Your tube stuff does not work...sorry. 80 KW??? No, try 10-15 kw highway and 3-6 kw city for a Prius car. Your equations are wrong...

Basically, where do I start? Flying bad...wrong again. Flying (seaplane to boot) are THE answer. And Yes you will need to buy those "complementary sock" to eat...

@polarjoa After reading your book, I noticed that you never hit on the real solution. Caltech, Stanford, MIT, Sandia, DOE, DOT, Boeing, GE, GM, etc. (the cartel) don't have a clue. So smart they are dumb. I have worked with Caltechers, Stanford guys...I'll pass.. "Wisdom of the wise men is foolishness" as it were.

The reason you get it wrong is your assumptions are wrong. CO2 is GOOD for the planet, not bad. Oil is renewable. We have plenty of energy for 1000's of years....

Glad to hear that you checked out the Sustainable energy book on-line; clearly I disagree with you re: 'excess' C02 and other pollutants being beneficial to the environment (so beneficial in fact that the last time in our history that atmospheric levels reached 2006 levels- & it's higher today- it precipitated a global melt followed - very quickly - by a 1000 year Ice Age). Bottom line cleaner energy is the right thing to do- peace

@polarjoa At least three times CO2 has been over 380...measured. Sorry. Ice core data is junk. Titration...false proxy. Ice ages happen when earth goes into Milky way arm where cosmic rays increase...more clouds. We are coming out of ice age. 10 degrees C lower than earth average now. The CO2 theory has failed the scientific test. Move on and learn what drives climate. Hint: not CO2...in saturation. Can't.  Mann Hockey stick...junk in junk out. You have no real data.
