They are gypsies, not romanians. Gypsies are all around the world, not only in Romania. They are people who move from time to time to different places, they always been this way. Who knows a little bit of history knows what I'm saying. Don't always blame Romania for them.

@aneur1sm I agree. I live close to New York City and I rickrolled the NYC subways and most people did act kinda dry. When I was in Paris ten years ago I do remember people playing music in the subway and there were accordions involved!
