I think the "rocking out" bit at the end is really just part of the act, so she can whip her hair, raise the guitar and all that, that's why the chords were all wrong. She isn't meant to be playing them at all, but in this case it looks like the volume wasn't turned off, that's why this guy approaches her at 4:57 and turns it down but it's end of the song so he probably went "bugger it, too late!"
