If our citizens all spoke english, we wouldn't need to pay for translators. Hillary care is scary -- Think DMV and post office. Do you reall want to move our health care system more towards the DMV / post office, or more towards federal express? Hillary isn't smart enough to get health care right.
So...paying for translators at a hospital is...bad? Don't they save lives in places where people don't speak English well? Would you object to paying for IV packs because they have a similar indirect life-savinng effect?
Also, you left out my favourite bit - Obama explaining why that English question was stupid. I wish they'd stop with the stupid hand-raising questions - I feel like I'm looking at a Nazi rally or something.
