ha yeah i understand what your saying but that side of town isn't near as bad as you think it is. it used to be a real bad part but its not to bad these days. i actual sold the place for 75,000. =) not to bad.
Given the address of this house, it would be a horror movie, it's in the worst part of town, the near-north side. Now, if there's been a bunch of this going on to improve the lot of north-siders, then great. But as for me, you'd have to pay me a lot more than the selling price of this house to live in it.
