There are lines you follow so things like this dont happen, it seems the truck was in the safe area and perhaps the marhall brought him off the line to park ....nobody in the grooming vehicle so...

It wasn't pilots fault. When planes are taxing on the ground the follow a yellow line, and that truck was standing too close to the taxyway.
