if you would have listened to the entire speech you would have known that he had used those words already(honesty, integrity, aacccountabilllllity ) in his speech. secondly he had a brain freeze after speaking for 5 plus minutes. so in light of the true facts Mr burchall did not give new information nor did he control what the senator had to say because that was what his speech was based around(honesty, integrity, aacccountabilllllity).
