People who do things like that are potential murders many of whom will go to the military so they can have fun killing innocent people in Iraq, Palestine, etc... and even get a medal for that. By supporting a culture focused on guns and violence our society actually encourages cruel acts while pretending that it considers some of them "too cruel". That is hypocrisy, just see the reaction to the "Collateral Murder" video. The only one punished was the hero who leaked that.

@Dan5482 When I wrote my first message I thought those who did that horrible thing were "First World" North Americans or Western Europeans. Now I know they are actually Bosnians. But the logic is the same. Violence and cruelty are widespread phenomena. We are a Type 0 civilization armed with nukes and specialized in killing ourselves, while our youngster put kittens in the microwave. Are we going to survive? The picture of that dog makes me think our chances are not good.
