When I made a pilgrimage to Bodhgaya in 1980, one could walk on the upper terrace of the temple. Is this still possible? This place has the feel of timelessness to it. I could feel something like a wall of invisible light I went through when I walked into town.

O agree, however, it make sme feel like you think the Buddha was just an incarnation of Vishnu. That "creation" by the Brahmins is what wiped out Buddhism from India.
