The US military scientist from DARPA has made a robotic horse called BIGDOG. It is mainly use as a beast of burden in the rugged Afghan mountains. it walk like a horse but doesn't look as pretty as Steed.

In the Japanese version she's French. Her name in Sei Jushi Bismark is Marianne Louvre. But I don't think they've quite maintained her nationality in Saber Rider.

It was called Star Musketeer Bismarck in Japan, but I guess they needed to change it because Japanese-'oriented' media would not have sold as much as they do now.

In this version Saber rider wearing Black and White is the main character is considered the leader of the team

however in Fireball the guy in red and white is considered the main character in the japanese version being off course Japanese
