Man!! Thanks for this great video of one of the all-time(& unsung) greats basketball players ever. While throughout the 1980s, we had the best scoring point guard(Isiah Thomas) & best all-around point guard(Earvin Johnson) but Mo Cheeks was the PERFECT point guard. He was already a throwback -even in the late 70s/80s to an earlier era. He could BURY that jumper, he was a demon on defense-the BEST defensive point guard of his era. It's crazy that he's STILL not in the Hall of Fame!!
hey The KingMisiek...how about doing a video on penny hardaway? if you can't find footage on robert parish you could do penny instead...i think you'd get alot of views...
i mean let's face it penny was what lebron and d.wade (well sorta more lebron than d.wade)are doin' today... the future of the nba, functioning at high levels in the present with a skill set that seems limitless(especially in lebrons case)
the next year? he made the all nba first team and a trip to the finals. (thats right y'all...his rise to the top was that fast) and the repeated those first team honors in
'95-'96 with averages of 22,7 and 4... and he played with Shaq.. at 6'7 he played the point position and the talk of him being the new maic johnson wasn't just random hyperbole(meaning it wasn't just an exaggeration) it was legit as hell...
regardless of all the injuries...he will always be remembered as easily one of the best in the game...some how about it King Misiek? do you rhink you could find some good footage of penny and have a good quality instrumental to go along with it...maybe you could use that coin drop you used in the begining of this one in the intro again... let me know what you think...
His trademark was his high release jump shot, which traversed a very high arc before falling.Today, he remains active as the Celtics' team consultant and mentor for current Celtics' big men. phew! o.k... it that enough?
i went to wikipedia...o.k. here goes... robert parish #00 was a 7'0 center, he played in the nba from 1976-1997, he played for golden state 1976-1980, boston 1980-1994, charlotte hornets 1994-1996 and the bulls 1996-1997... he was known for his strong defense and his jump shooting...he was nicknamed "the chief" by cedric maxwell because of his stoic nature... he was a 4 time nba champion and a 9 time all star... he was part of the big three with larry bird and kvin mchale...
good beat... now this is how you play the pt guard... running the break, pushing the tempo, making goo passes and getting good steals...the beat even captures mo's flow perfectly... good video 5/5 this one is going into my favourites and my playlist...
one of the greatest beats of all time...prolly the greatest unorthadox beat ever...never heard of maurice cheeks the mans got game tho nice video this music fits perfect wit the old video grainy n everything......5 mic video
