Pro Tools is awful, I'd ratehr use Audacity tbf lmao... Engineer or not I still prefer PC's... although I do own a Mac... it's on a coat hanger right now! I don't care about pitch control, that's hardly the most important thing in the world, I'd never buy a piece of software just to use it's pitch control... Cubase is simple, Powerful as fuck and is basically the Logic of PC's... Many pro's use Cubase as their main DAW... Mike Glossop for one...

That used to be true. Mac no longer makes their hardware. In fact the High - End Mac Books haven't even migrated to the new i7 cores. Also, Macs do have viruses...Marketing FTW....

protools is pretty aweful . i'll give u that. but for some reason
(mainly the timecode features) its used in alot of studios.
the rest is pretty subjective for what ur using it for.
ive had numerous bad experiences with cubase.
and very few with ableton (on pc and on mac)
