my teacher in class today told me to about that site and its pretty sick.. i was putting my math equations instead of asking question and it gives you all the answers and itsss overall better than google no lie try it and it gives you the answer for a lot of thingss not differnet shit to click or other sites to go to

He is trolling on every single wolfram alpha youtube video, and is clearly very sad that he can't use wolfram alpha as purely a search engine :( poor guy, maybe one of these days he'll think it's cool.

Oh and by the way, it's still in development. Soon there's going to be tons more data.

I agree and thus why I covered Wolfram Alpha in my podcast months ago. I just saw a TV news episode on Wolfram today and how it's making a lot of publicity right now... it will change the web, truly.

Okay, so really, it is not supposed to compare with a search engine like Google. But, wow, they say this will revolutionize the way we seek info and work with data.

Yawn... it can do your taxes and compare the GDP of Russia vs France, yadda, yadda, yadda.

More importantly, I could not find a single thing related to porn or Oprah on this watershed computational website....going back to Google.

This is different from Google, in that Google shows you a list of websites based on your keywords, whereas Wolfram supposedly answers specific questions, somewhat like the ship's computer on Star Trek.
