Things have gotten so out of control and don't even make logical sense anymore. My neighbor was attacked by another neighbor's dog as he was trying to unlock the door to get into his house. This Chow has been a problem in the neighborhood for years. He fended off the dog by kicking it but still ended up with over 40 stitches. No charges against the dog owner, but the victim was charged with cruelty to animals and now faces up to 5 years in prison. People have lost all concept of common sense.
