yes yes, true..:) about this movie isn writen that is romantic....jacket is beautiful movie full of romantism and keira is cute...also adrien...jacket is my fav movie, i saw it 7x and its too nice
Its one of the best and most original movies i've ever seen.. i almost cried in the ending, even though i never cry to movies... i thought it was so beautiful :)
The Jacket was a magnificent movie. It deserved some awards recognition. Adrien Brody and most especially Kiera Knightely who pulled off her performance brilliantly. Bravo!
ive searched everywhere i could for this song and i cant find it anywhere. i didnt want to have to bother anyone else, but can anyone send me this song?
I just LOVE this song. The ending credit is so beautiful. We need to hold on to this life. Cherish it. Because when we leave, we'd want to come back. Badly.
I prefer Armstrong's version, but this is good too. I prefer OHMSS over The Jacket too...but that is a different story, and those films have nothing to do with each other. :D
Anyone out there know who might have song lyrics of this song on an episode of Homicide: Life on the Street, Saigon Rose, 1997? Music played toward the end when a dirty Balimore cop went to jail.
Great movie. Only reason I seen it was cause I had a day off work, but now I' bit mad at myself for not watching it sooner!! Movie was so great movie I wish it could of been a bit longer!!!!! Great soundtrack too.
hard for me to say, cause i loved the armstrong - version my whole life, but... i like this more. it´s hauntingly and beautiful. for me, one of the best songs ever!
This is from "The Jacket" with Adrien Brody. Saw it just last night and was pleasantly surprised at the end... one of my very favorites! Ironically, it stars the latest James Bond Daniel Craig... check it out if you can....
Iggy's version was released on "Shaken And Stirred: The David Arnold James Bond Project" (1997), where David Arnold (who makes the soundtracks for Bond-movies today) collaborates with other artists covering the Bond-themes. You can find it in most stores!
Brian Eno wrote alot of the soundtrack for this film...It may be a Hollywood glitch....I write movie reviews in NY and have been dying to find this version....Everyone who wants this should write to the artist/his business manager...i LOVED this soundtrack...EVEN MORE than the film....PM me if you want more movie info...
ive been looking for this soundtrack for ages, cant find it anywhere, not online, cant order cant even download. how do i get this song, "quiet inside"
100% volume - relax

This song, I actually thought saved the movie from being sad. "How much time do we have?" That bit tears me up everytime, but I love that ending.

It really is, Do you know who is singing this version??

This is the sanitised modern version of a truly great song. Only Louis sang it with more feeling and passion.
witchgreeneyes 3 years ago
i think it is fair to say this re-do of the great "satchamo"'s version pretty much sucks. i have to go listen to louis's version now.

I only watched this movie one day out of boredom, home from work.
The movie was great. I loved it. Iggy Pop's cover was great. When it kicked up at the end I ended up watching until it was done.

I loved this movie. It is a real mind bender,
and the two songs in the credits match the content of the movie very well. The songs will lead you into deep reflection the movie.

If you can listen to:
The White Flash - ModelSelektor
(findable on torrent sites) It's a bit more technoish (actually it's industrial) but the same lyrics appear beautifully.
Hope this will help the melomaniacs ;)
