@QuinzPL dont hold it down for 10 secounds, thats just causing unnessisary damage to your lungs, 60-95% of thc ( depending on the THC levels of the weed ) will absorb in 3-5 seconds, 10 seconds is just to long :P you wont even be able to smoke a whole fucking joint if your new to smoking and you hold it down 10 seconds every toke
