Yes, it is really just not a good bill at all, and unconstitutional. For the first time in American history, the federal government is saying if you don't buy a product, we will fine you. (Clear violation of the 10th amendment.) Plus, the bill itself is similar to the Nazi T-4 rationing program. All in all, it's a dirty bill.
